Overall cost to build takes into consideration where you're building, your design, complexity, choice of amenities, your approach to the building process, site-related and building code considerations, and degree of completion. The cost is approximately the same as building a conventional, custom home. Folks often spend more, as they choose more elaborate amenities for finishing the inside of the home.
