Cost to Build

"Turn-key" costs or "cost per square foot" can be misleading. Overall cost to build takes into consideration where you're building, your design, complexity, choice of amenities, your approach to the building process, site-related and building code considerations, and degree of completion. The cost is approximately the same as building a conventional, custom home. Folks often spend more, as they choose more elaborate amenities for finishing the inside of the home. Sometimes, many save by doing some (if not all) the work themselves. As we begin discussing your needs with you, we can help you better determine costs.
